1. CWOA Oath of Office Ceremony – 01 JUN 2007: To be held in the Quad area. Please come and set up at 0805. Uniform is Trops with Combo. More to follow. 2. Coast Guard Day with the A’s is 20JUN. Tickets are on sale now for $20, meal & raffle included. There is only one price. Flyer has been sent out via the CWOA distribution list. Last day to buy tickets is 14JUN. Tickets are being sold by CWOA mbrs to save on cost vice having MWR sell them at the window. MWR will NOT be giving us money for the raffle. The cost of prizes is coming out of the $20. CWO Whitehead and CWO Hernandez will be going to YBI on 29MAY fm 1100-1230 to sell tickets. Air Station San Francisco visit pending |

1. CWO Pariga attends the CWOA Annual Meeting in Bowie, MD. The followings was presented: a. The word National is no longer part of the name, just CWOA. b. Must be a member in good standing above the local level to be presented a certificate at retirement. c. There is a group that will be discussing the possibility of have the rank of CWO5. d. If there is an interest in having the association president CWO J. T. Green, visit the bay Bay Area to discuss the current CWOA initiatives he would be interested making the trip.
